Indiana Recovery Services is an Asset Recovery Agency with four locations throughout Indiana. IRS provides repossession, transporting, locksmith, replevin, and storage services for lending institutions, automobile dealerships, and auctions.

Indiana Recovery Services LLC was originally formed in 2008 and operated out of Cicero, Indiana, with four employees and two trucks. In November 2011, Darcy and Todd Case formed Blueline Services LLC and purchased Indiana Recovery Services LLC. On January 1, 2012, they officially began operations as Indiana Recovery Services, a DBA of Blueline Services LLC.

Over the past 13+ years, the IRS team has grown to four locations, 47 vehicles, and more than 70 employees. Today, IRS is the largest repossession company in the State of Indiana and has been recognized nationwide as a Top Ten company in compliance.

Company leadership has been recognized at the North American Repossession Summit (NARS), presenting on topics such as growing a successful repossession company and vehicle transport, while also participating in live repossession demonstrations. The organization has earned honors including “Business Owners of the Year” and a “Leadership Award,” as well as recognition within the Women in Collections and Recoveries.

Leadership has also contributed to the advancement of the industry through involvement in founding the Indiana Professional Repossessors Association (INPRA) and serving in leadership roles within the American Recovery Association (ARA).
