Personal Property Redemption Procedures:
Personal property will be held for the debtor to redeem for thirty (30) days. Please allow 24 hours after repossession before redemption of personal property. The fee for this service is based on your lien holder’s contract. Any fees due will be quoted at the time the appointment is accepted. All payments must be made in cash at the time of pick-up. A valid photo ID will be required at the time of personal property redemption and a release form must be signed by the debtor. Also, please bring at least 1 set of keys with you if you did not turn them over at the time of repossession.
Vehicle Redemption Procedures:
One you have made the appropriate payment/arrangements with your lender, please call the office to set up an appointment to redeem your vehicle. The fee for this service is based on your lien holder’s contract. Any fees due will be quoted at the time the appointment is accepted. Payments must be made in cash at the time of pick-up. The vehicle will only be released to the debtor or co-debtor with valid photo ID. A released must be signed by the debtor prior to release. Do not forget to bring your car keys if you did not surrender them at the time of repossession.
